An example in the Greek civ is one which counts the wolves you have killed. An equivalent with the Eggies is one which counts elephants killed.
In the case of The Bandit Leaders, you have to kill the three bandit chieftains: Draco, Clutus and Homer, by completing three separate quests:
- Draco's Legion
- Clitus Attacks
- Homer Run.
The Bandit Leaders is a global quest |
Draco's Legion
In Draco's Legion, the map is split straight down the middle by water, forests and rock, with only a narrow passage connecting your side of the map with that of the enemy. Plonk a few troops near the passage, and that will provide some protection while you build your economy up.
Once you have a decent army, and a few rams, you can take Draco and his town centre in one hit.
There are two sets of bandits providing chests.

Clitus Attacks
Clitus Attacks is a bit different to the first quest. You are smack bang in the middle of the map, surrounded by three enemy town centres. You start with some resources within your city walls, but you will soon have to send out villies to collect wood.
Most of the attacks appear to come from the left, which is also where you will find Clitus. An early guard tower, and concentration of your forces there will bring a swift end to this quest.
Homer run
In the final one in the series, you are surrounded by four allied town centres, which you can ignore, they have no bearing on this quest. Homer and his guards are to be found in the bottom corner, and it's simply a matter of collecting your forces and attacking.
Two sets of bandits are found either side of the enemy town centre.
